I would be interested in knowing how more advanced ‘honest sharers’ keep it up with eye contact? I notice that with my more advanced HS partners it naturally happens that we keep up almost constant eye contact. Is this the same experience for others? Just kind of fascinating!
There is no such thing like "advanced" honest sharing.
Honest Sharing means sharing what's there, right now in this moment, nothing more nothing less.
Again, it is not about eye contact, it is about sharing what's there.
