I would be interested in knowing how more advanced ‘honest sharers’ keep it up with eye contact? I notice that with my more advanced HS partners it naturally happens that we keep up almost constant eye contact. Is this the same experience for others? Just kind of fascinating!

Another eye contact question: When I do HS online I notice that it’s not possible to look directly into the other person‘s eyes. When you look at them they look away since they are looking at your face on the screen. Is the effect still the same as direct eye contact?

I sometimes tend to wallow in negative feelings, especially sadness. I feel better when I practice thinking positive, joyful thoughts throughout the day. Is practicing positive thinking just a distraction from negative feelings that need to be expressed?

It has happened several times in my local group that a member is overcome by uncontrollable laughter. They then try their best to collect themselves and share all that comes up correctly, however, they really struggle to stop laughing. Am I supposed to interfere as a leader?

We attend a Christian community which my husband and kids enjoy but I often feel triggered by the sermons, etc. It brings up anger and feelings of resistance despite this church being a place for many to be helped and feel safe. How can I handle this environment like an adult?

About AS/Aspergers/HFA. Probably more an HS film subject (it would be much appreciated!) but: What about HS with someone with AS? What is AS in your opinion, nature/nurture, this life/other lives traumas? Can HS help connect through the AS? Is AS the extreme of the Autonomietyp?

Any advice for a couple that have separated but still have agreed to do EM together? One merging type, wanting to be together again, one autonomy type agreeing to it more thinking it will help the other to move on, but still willing to do it. Thank you, Gopal!

What about tears and crying during EM, specifically couples in a crisis doing EM? Crying can be impossible to suppress when communicating feelings of sadness, fear, pain and anguish if for ex in your head you have thoughts of being hurt, abandoned etc.
